The way you're going to lose fat on this program is by burning more calories than you take in. Fortunately, there are a number of secrets that make this far easier than most people think. Knowing your AMR, BMR, and THR are the keys.

The combination of r (+) Alpha Lipoic Acid (the pure version of the commonly used antioxidant), Conjugated Linoleic Acid (CLA) and Gamma Linoleic Acid (GLA) found in XLA is a scientifically proven fat burner. Week 1
Before Breakfast

Breakfast
This is the best time to have a carbohydrate-rich meal. Oatmeal, cream of rice, potatoes and low-sugar cereals are all good choices. In addition, you should include some protein in the form of Advanced Formula Triple Threat MRP, eggs whites, chicken breasts, or non-fat cottage cheese (try and find a brand that has less than 370 mg of sodium per serving)

Lunch
At this point, you want to keep your carbohydrate intake down, but continue eating enough protein to sustain muscle mass. Lunch is a great time to have a tablespoon of Flax Seed Oil with a light, protein-rich meal.

Mid Afternoon
Take another XLA.

Dinner
Again, you're aiming to get enough calories to keep your muscle, but you don't want to eat more than you need. Eat slower than normal and stop when you're not hungry.

Late Evening
About an hour or two before bed, you should consider having a high protein shake. Week 2
Differences From Week One
At this point, you may want to increase the XLA dosage to three capsules a day, while holding all of the other dosages at their current levels. Listen to your body! If you can feel that it's working plenty well enough, don't bother taking any more. After a week of doing cardio, it's time to lengthen your aerobic workouts to 20 or 25 minutes. If you're on a treadmill, do 10 minutes at a good incline to raise the intensity. Remember, though you should be trying to work toward your THR, this is still not a hard core workout! You should be walking, not running.

Week 3
Keep Up The Good Work
Increase your cardio to 30 minutes three times a week and do more of your fast walking on a steeper incline. As your body gets accustomed to cardiovascular work, you have to work a little harder to get into the fat burning zone. Stick with your meal plan. Small meals, carbohydrates primarily early in the day and keep the sugar to a minimum.

Week 4
Success!
By now you should be significantly leaner. At the end of week one you could probably notice a difference in the mirror, at this stage, your friends will notice a difference. Don't go beyond 45 minutes of cardio work in a single workout and definitely don't do more than four aerobic workouts this week. You should be able to get away with three workouts of the same moderate intensity. Make sure you do them on an empty stomach before breakfast! You may continue taking DHEA, Tribulus, and Flax Seed Oil for an additional two weeks beyond your four-week Fat Loss cycle to further lean muscle gains.

Questions And Answers
How much aerobic exercise do I really need to maximize fat burning?
Aerobic exercise definitely helps you burn calories, it doesn't take hours of grueling cardio work to get the results you want. In fact, too much can be worse than none at all because it can lead to overtraining and muscle loss. Thirty to fourty minutes three times a week of moderate exercise- fast walking for example- will usually do the job. The difference is timing and supplementation.

As we mentioned earlier, it's best to do cardio work on an empty stomach after taking a capsule or two of XLA, one Tribulus, and 1 teaspoon of Flax Seed oil. Always drink water during your workouts to keep yourself hydrated.

Make sure you don't eat simple carbs like fruits, juices and sugar before working out. These foods go straight into your blood steam as glucose. This means that for the next half hour or so, you'll be burning all that sugar instead of fat.

If you have to eat something, a small snack with complex carbs won't hurt too much. A piece of a bagel or some toast would be alright because they take some time to become available as energy.

To get lean, what percentage of my total calorie intake should come from dietary fat?
To lose bodyfat, keep your total dietary fat intake around 20% of total calories. Avoid saturated fats from meat and dairy products like the plague! One gram of protein per pound of bodyweight each day will help those engaged in an intense exercise program maintain muscle while dropping fat. Therefore a 200lb man should be consuming 200grams of protein per day and so on. Other Tips
