After finishing Phase I - Recomposition Metabolic Stimulation and Dieting Cycle, it's time to begin the bulking phase of this program. If you are continuing this program from the first part, you have just come off the cutting phase of the program and are probably taking in less calories than you will need in order to put on muscle. We suggesting bumping up your caloric intake to 10% above your AMR. To find your AMR, click here

Once you have adjusted your caloric intake to fuel muscle growth, you should remove most of the thermogenic agents from your supplementation program. You should also cut out the cardio training from your routine. These changes combined with the dosages of DHEA and Tribulus will cause you to increase your testosterone and gain muscle rapidly.

Week 5 Dosing Schedule:
  • 1 DHEA/day (1 hour before workout)
  • 3 Tribulus/day (spread out over 3 doses)
  • 3 Chrysin/day (spread out over 3 doses)
  • 5mg or 1 tsp Volumex/day (If you have not been taking Volumex you will need to load. To load, take 10mg or 2 tsp of Volumex for 5 days after that go to the 5mg or 1 tsp/day)
  • 2 XLA tablets on training days. One tab upon waking in the morning to jump-start your metabolism and 1 additional tab before training.
