Phase II - Recomposition Lean Muscle Bulking Cycle


After finishing Phase I - Recomposition Metabolic Stimulation and Dieting Cycle, it's time to began the bulking phase of this program. If you are continuing this program from the first part, you have just come off the cutting phase of the program and are probably taking in less calories than you will need in order to put on muscle. Once you have adjusted your caloric intake to fuel muscle growth, you should remove most of the thermogenic agents from your supplementation program. You should also cut out the cardio training from your routine. These changes combined with the high dosages of pro-hormones will cause you to gain muscle rapidly.

At week 12, we discontinued the Fury and introduced Chrysin Deluxe. We added Chrysin Deluxe to make sure that your testosterone levels remained elevated and to make sure that you do not have any side effects from the high Fury dosage.

Week 12 was the last week of pro-hormone supplementation. XLA is supplemented to make sure that you drop water weight and get the cuts you desire.
